Adding a Slot

1. If you are adding a location and the "Slotted" field is set to Y=yes, when you add the location a message will appear: "Enter this location again to create slots !!! Space Bar to Continue". Press the space bar, and then press Enter to exit.

2. Select the location from the Select A Location window which appears when you first enter the Location option.

3. The location's information will display, along with command options; select Slots.

4. The location ID and name will default into the Location ID field. Enter a five-digit alphanumeric code to identify the slot.

5. At the Description line, enter a description for the slot (optional).

6. At the Capacity field, enter the capacity of the slot in cubic feet.

7. Command options will appear; select Add.

8. You will be placed within the Slot field once again. Enter another slot for this location or press Enter to exit. Press F10 to display command options; select Exit to exit the Slot option and return to the Location option.

1. A Select An Option window will appear when you first enter the Location option. Select the location you would like to add slots to.

2. Command options will appear. Select Slots.

3. A Slots table will display existing slots for the location. To add more slots to this location, highlight the box to the left of "ADD" and press enter. An asterisk will appear beside the ADD box indicating the ADD option has been selected.

4. Press F10.

5. The location ID and name will default into the Location ID field. Enter a five digit alphanumeric code to identify the slot.
